The project brief was to create a high level prestigious environment for a new state of the art serviced office space. The key to creating this environment was ensuring that the client had full flexibility in terms of the fitout and loose furnishing in which they could adapt the offices quickly to meet the needs of their client base.

Sheelin office Group were appointed to space plan and define the working space and requirements of Clonmel House. We worked directly with the owners to firstly understand the needs of their business and then to determine the best possible solutions for their business. The fitout included single glazed partitioning with solid partitioned dividing walls to increase privacy and acoustic ratings, hard wearing carpet tile solutions were provided in order to allow the client to easily change any heavy traffic areas easily. All loose furnishing provided was designed specifically to meet the needs of their flexible work environment which allows them to change the shape and size of their desk instantly without the need to purchase new products. The boardroom was completed with a fully integrated av system and customised boardroom table with built in electrics and data modules.
