Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd. is an AM Best "A-" (Excellent) rated specialist property and casualty reinsurance company. The Company provides a variety of custom-tailored reinsurance solutions to the insurance, risk retention group, captive and financial marketplaces.

Overview
The project brief was to create the European Headquarters for Greenlight Re based in the IFSC in Dublin. We were appointed to create an energising workplace which incorporated executive office spaces, conference rooms, open plan work space, breakout areas a state of the art boardroom facility.

Details
Sheelin Office Group were appointed to Greenlight Re to provide a full turnkey package. The project included a full M&E package including air conditioning and data cabling, double glazed partitioning system and full joinery package. It also included a customised kitchen area that doubles as a sleek reception area. All loose furnishing provided is LEED Certified that is 99% recyclable. A state of the art boardroom facility was created including feature walls, veneer boardroom table with all edgings wrapped in first class Italian leather. Casual breakout areas were created to relax and work in. “Ideas Paint” was also used in these areas to allow the users to write on the walls and be unlimited by space. This is easily wiped off and a great alternative to small notice boards when team work and brain storming is involved.
