The project brief was to create an energising work environment that was flexible and matched their corporate image of high class and integrity. The rapid expansion of the company was also a concern that meant that all areas of the project had to be future proofed to take this into account.

Details
The project included open plan working areas, management areas, executive offices and meeting spaces, tea station area, training room and reception/breakout areas. One of the key concerns for Mondial Assistance was to ensure they had a flexible open plan area that could grow as their company did without creating any upset to the working environment. In addition they were also concerned about ensuring they had full flexibility with access to the cabling and electrifications through the individual desking. Both these concerns were addressed and resolved through our flexible Linnea Bench System. All executive furniture provided was Italian designer products, customised especially for Mondial Assistance.
